What exactly is Coffee Catering ?

Jacquelyn’s Espresso Service will custom design a full coffee service at your event very similar to what you would find at your favorite coffee shop. A specialty coffee bar adds sophistication, elegance and flair to your event.  Like a buffet but instead of food items, a variety of coffee beverages are individually prepared and served.  Latte’s, mocha’s and espresso’s are common offerings at coffee bars but what is unique and appealing is our professional and pleasing presentation.

What will the menu include?

When designing your beverage menu, we begin with the core menu items.  We offer an array of popular coffee-based beverages, including Italian-quality, dark roasted espressos, cappuccinos, lattés, mochaccinos, macchiatos, iced cappuccinos, frozen espresso-based drinks, and Italian sodas­. We use 1%, low fat milk in our beverages. Kosher service is available. Sugar-free, non-alcoholic flavor shots are available upon request. It can be expanded, pared down or infused with a complementary flavored shot.

What will I need to provide?

With over twenty years in the coffee industry, we know how to keep the drinks flowing and the guests happy — all we need is a power outlet and guests who appreciate the world's finest espresso drinks — latte, caramel macchiato, cappuccino, chai latte and mocha

How does pricing work?

Pricing is based on 3 things: the number of guests you are expecting, the duration of your event and where your event is located. Our pricing includes everything - from staff and condiments to unlimited drinks for you and your guests while we are there. We never charge a per drink fee or add anything to your invoice after the event.

Question 6

How much space is needed for a coffee bar?

Our bars are 5ft wide and about 2.5 feet deep. We do need a bit of room to work so a 6 x 6 space normally covers it. We'd be happy to come by for a site visit just to be sure.
